The TAG One Sports Radar is an advanced sports radar designed to provide precise speed measurements across multiple sports including baseball, softball, and golf, including pitch speed & exit velocity.
How should I position the TAG One device for accurate tracking?
How should I position the TAG One device for accurate tracking?
Ensure the device is correctly aligned and at the proper distance. It should be forward-facing, in front of or adjacent to the pitcher or pitching machine, and facing the trajectory path of the ball to correctly track ball speed.
What do the LED status indicator lights mean?

To turn off the radar device, press and hold the button located on the top of the device for 5 seconds until the LED light goes off, indicating that the unit has powered down.

In general, the green LED light indicates the device is connected to a smartphone or tablet and ready to collect data.
The blue LED light indicates the device is ready to be paired to a smartphone or tablet and the red LED light indicates low battery.

To resolve connection issues:
Bluetooth settings: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and that it's within range.
Restart devices: Turn off and then back on both TAG One and your smartphone.
App update: Confirm that you have the latest version of the TAG Sports app installed.
Re-pairing: Forget the device and reconnect it through the app's pairing section.

Yes, speeds will appear on the dashboard screen as soon as the radar detect them.

Yes, all of your session data will be stored in the cloud unless it is deleted.
What is the difference between a regular session and a planned session?
What is the difference between a regular session and a planned session?
You can choose to associate a session with a planned session or simply start a session that is not associated with a plan. In both cases your data will be saved to view later, but associating a session with a plan allows you to view all of that data in one place on the plan details page.

Not at this time, however, we’re working on adding support for other languages in the future.

Yes, view your plan details page to view all of your performance inside that training plan. From here, you're able to filter the data by each of the criteria listed, including date range.
Press the play button next to any of the data entries to view the video associated with your data and feel free to share or export your data to a .csv file by pressing the "Download Speeds" button at the bottom of the page.

What is included in the box with the radar device?

Along with the TAG One Sports Radar you will receive the TAG mounting bracket compatible with the mini tripod. Each of these items fit into the included soft bag for easy transport and storage.
Additional accessories included: right-angle USB-C for charging your device, lanyard strap to wear the lightweight device on your wrist, and a velcro strap that feeds through the bracket for additional device mounting needs. Inside the box you will also find the quick start guide and manual to help you set up your device and connect to the TAG Sports app.
