Speeds as they happen
Pitch speed toward and away from the device, and exit velocity off the bat or club, using directional filtering. Numbers appear on the dashboard the moment the radar detects them.
Video with speed overlays
In video mode, every tracked speed captures 4 seconds before and 2 seconds after the action. Clips save straight to your camera roll and stay attached to the reading inside the app.
Sessions that stick around
Every rep saved to the cloud. Filter by date or criteria, play the video attached to any reading, and export the whole thing to a .csv when you want it somewhere else.
Training plans
Build a structured plan, run a one-off session, or just track speeds without saving anything. Plan details roll every session together so progress is visible rather than remembered.
Live sharing
Share a session as it happens. A coach two states away can watch bullpen speeds in real-time from their own phone, over mobile data, without you sending anything afterwards.

AiCE, the Artificial Intelligence Coaching Expert, is built into the app and powered by OpenAI. It reads your sessions and gives sport-specific training tips and performance insights, so a 68 mph exit velo comes with a reason and a next step instead of just sitting there, mocking you.
No other sports radar in this class offers anything like it. It is included with the TAG One, and there is no upgrade tier to buy or unlock.
No assistance necessary
Most radar devices need a person behind them, watching a small screen and calling numbers out. That person is usually the one who should be coaching, or the one who wanted to take a few swings themselves.

Questions about the app
Do I need the TAG One to use the app?+
Yes. The app is the display and the brain for the radar, and it pairs with a TAG One over Bluetooth. If you haven't picked one up yet, the TAG One is $299.99 with the app and every feature included.
Is the app really free?+
Yes. There are no subscriptions required, no premium tier and no feature held back. AiCE, video capture, session history, training plans and live sharing all come with the device.
What devices does it run on?+
iOS and Android, including phones, tablets, iPad and Apple Watch. Bluetooth range to the radar is about 40 feet.
How do I download the TAG Sports app?+
Find the TAG Sports App on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Search for TAG Sports and follow the installation prompts.
How do I pair the app with my TAG One?+
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Open the TAG Sports app, go to the device pairing section, and select your TAG One from the list of available devices. Follow any additional on screen instructions to finish pairing.
Will I lose my data if I update the app?+
No. Your data is stored safely through updates, so you can carry on training once the update is applied. App updates sometimes include firmware updates, which keep the device tracking at the accuracy you expect.
Where does my session data live?+
In the cloud, attached to your account, until you delete it. You can filter it by date and other criteria inside the app, play the video attached to any reading, and export the whole set to .csv.
